For my bachelor I studied political sciences and sociology in Mannheim and did my double degree master in political sciences and politics and economics of south east europe in Bamberg as well as Thessaloniki. After finishing my studies I worked at the Leibniz-Institute for educational processes (LfBi) as part of the work unit “Data safety of surveys” for a year.

At the chair for sociology with the main focus in techonology – labor – society I mainly work on quantitative research methods. But due to mixed method designs I work closely with my qualitative researching collegues at the chair. I am doing my doctorate on the topic of self-organisation in engineering. Thereby I am researching the topics of appreciation and facilitation of work.
