I studied political science and sociology at bachelor’s level in Mannheim and completed a double degree master’s in political science and politics and economics of South-Eastern Europe in Bamberg and Thessaloniki. After completing my studies, I worked for a year at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi) in the ‘Data Protection in Surveys’ working unit.

At the Chair of Sociology (Technology – Labour– Society), I mainly work with quantitative survey methods, but I also collaborate closely with my colleagues at the chair who conduct qualitative research within the framework of mixed method designs. I am currently pursuing a doctorate on the topic of self-organisation in engineering. Among other things, I am dealing with the topics of recognition and work facilitation.
