What are we working on? Since finishing my PhD I have been looking at the questions what people are working on. I am interested how production works and how this can condition others and other things to exist in the world. In 2019 my fieldwork was concentrated on a online-platform working on comparisions. There I looked at how capitalistic modernity concentrated on platforms is being created on floors, offices and cafeterias. I defended my PhD thesis titles “In und an der Vergleichsplattform arbeiten. Die Versammlung, Verfassung und Vermittlung von Welt in einem E-Commerce-Unternehmen” (“Working inside and on comparison platforms. The gathering, constitution, and mediation of the world in an e-commerce company”) in March of 2022 at the Humboldt-University in Berlin.

Before that I studiet european ethonology, cultural anthropology and social sciences in Franfurt am Main and Berlin. During these studied I specialised myself on the topics of digitalisation and labour. I am currently working as european ethnologist, more specifically as part of the project ForDaySec. There I am researching the connections of cyber security and digitalisation of daily life and how they can be used to develop security infrastructures. This is done by using ethnographic methods.
