Sociology at the NCT

During my study of social sciences in Gießen as well as sociology and social research in Marburg I focused on development cooperation (education as motor): modernity, structural adjustment as well as theory on dependency. I continued to work for organisations like GIZ, UNHCR, KfW and the EU, where I resumed to concentrate on development cooperation. There I worked as advisor on methods for impact research and evaluation on environment, energy efficiency, renewable energies and vocational training. I try to keep an eye on vocational training and the environment when looking at the topic of sociology of labour while aspiring to make the technological more accessible for myself. There I have a deep affinity for trained IT specialist for system integration. I did my doctorate as bidt Fellow concerning the topic “Fachkräfte im Wandel- die Bearbeitung des reflexiven Wandels mit Komplementärwissen”. I worked as an advisor among other things for a project to reform the serbian vocational training until 2020.
