During my study of sociology and political sciences I have set my focus on cultural sociology with the help of multiple social theories as well as philosophy and psychology. I am particularly interested in the phenomenon of time as social dimension and am still applying this in different contexts.

At the same time I have expanded my field of interest in the field of empirical sociology of labour and industry. There I have gained different insights into the pratices of involvement inside companies and unions, as well as multilingual contexts of labour and have written my masters’ thesis about the topic Gender (in-)equalities inside unions.

Currently I am taking a closer look at digitalised working relationships, that are being conveyed and established through plattforms. Especially the connections of humans and technology have gathered my interest when looking at algorythmic labour coordination, changing between autonomy and control.
